Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • We are happy to exchange an item, as long as it is in stock. Please email us at info@theelevateboutique.com to request an exchange.

Non- Returnable Items

  • Sale & Clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable.
  • Personalized items, bodysuits, jewelry & hair accessories.

Damaged/Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving at info@theelevateboutique.com.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at info@theelevateboutique.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item(s).
  • Full refunds will be issued upon inspection of the item.

Condition of Returned Items
